Walking in nature is a simple yet powerful way to improve your physical, emotional and mental health, having been shown to have wide-ranging health benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, and increasing overall wellbeing. Come join us as as we explore the forest together, tapping into the healing properties that nature offers. Embrace the tranquility and let the beauty of the environment restore your well-being while you participate in a meditative hammock hang and mindful solo session. Adventures are offered April through November (weather depending)

Cancellation Policy

There is a $10 cancellation fee per session if you cancel your session 7+ days in advance There is a $20 cancellation fee per session if you cancel less than 7 days before your session There is a $5 per session rescheduling fee if you reschedule less than 7 days before your session. If a session is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons we will try to reschedule, if rescheduling is not possible you will receive a full refund for that session.
