Eric Cartlidge is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience leading outdoor adventures and excursions for diverse populations. He holds a degree in Outdoor Recreation from Lakehead University and is a Certified Therapeutic Adventure Specialist through the Association of Experiential Education. His extensive background includes senior leadership roles at several day and residential summer camps, a residential wilderness therapy centre as a senior counsellor, and as the Executive Director of Project CANOE, an organization focused on empowering youth facing barriers through transformational outdoor experiences. Eric is the owner/operator of The Adventure Company, where his mission is to foster connections between people and nature on physical, emotional, and mental levels, one adventure at a time.
